NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-17-25: Application of Joe Glancy and Gina Glancy which seeks a variance from §139-91.B (Nonconforming lots) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a flagstone patio which will increase the impervious coverage on the property from 31.2% existing impervious coverage to 32.7% impervious coverage where 30% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage for the property located at 7 Woodford Road, being UPI No. 54-2-57.21, in the R1 – Residential District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-18-25: Application of Glenn G. Beaver and Patricia K. Beaver which seeks a variance from §139-159 (Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District) of the Zoning Ordinance, which incorporates the provisions of Chapter 73, Environmental Protection, Article XII (Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District) of the Willistown Township Code, to permit the installation of a fence within the Zone 2 Riparian Buffer Area where it is not otherwise permitted under §73-62.B.(1)(Permitted uses) for the property located at 8055 Goshen Road, being UPI No. 54-6-69, in the RA – Residential District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
