Willistown Township seeks a Consultant to prepare a comprehensive and Township-wide Circulation Study which will document the existing network of trails, sidewalks, and roadways in the Township; identify areas where circulation needs exist; and recommend infrastructure installations and/or improvements for non-motorized transportation.
