NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township, at its regularly scheduled public meeting at 7:00PM, Monday, April 28, 2025, in the Auditorium located at General Wayne Elementary School, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, will consider adoption of an Ordinance titled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP CODE, BEING MEETINGS ORDINANCE, repealing Section 1, Order of Business, and Amending Section 2, Public Comment summarized as follows:
Section 1 repeals Article 1, Section 1 in its entirety and held in reserve;
Section 2 is repealed in its entirety and amended to read:
26-2 Public Comment
The Board of Supervisors may, from time to time, establish rules and guidelines for Public Comment by Resolution.
