PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is given that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., on June 17, 2024, at General Wayne Elementary School located at 20 Devon Road, Malvern, PA 19355, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-1-24 Application of Laurel Lane Investments LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to §139-111, §139-111.C, and §139-118.1of the Willistown Township Code to in order allow for the illumination of a ground sign for a business use in a residential district, on the property located at 123 Paoli Pike, Willistown Township, Chester County (UPI No. 54-1P-250). The property is located in the R-3 Residence District.
The meeting agenda will be available on the Willistown Township website and will be posted at the Municipal Building prior to the meeting. Full copies of the conditional use application are available for public examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Municipal Building.
