NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public meeting at 7:00 P.M., April 22, 2024, at Sugartown Elementary School located at 611 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355, to consider adoption of an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 105 OF THE WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES GOVERNING SPECIFIC DISCHARGE PROHIBITIONS INTO WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Section 1. Amends Chapter 105 §32.B.5 of the Township Code to establish limits on Tier I waste.
Section 2. Amends Chapter 105 §32.B.6 of the Township Code to establish limits on Tier II waste.
Section 3. Provides that the Ordinance shall be effective five (5) days from the date of enactment.
