PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., on September 11, 2023, at the Township Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-3-23 Application of 944 Providence, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to § 139-152.B in order to allow for the subdivision of the property known as tax parcel #54-7-44 with an address of 944 Providence Rd., Newtown Square, PA 19073, into five (5) separate lots pursuant to the requirements of the underlying RU District rather than the Open Space Conservation District. The property is located in the RU Zoning District and consists of approximately 217 acres.
