NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public meeting at 7:00 P.M., May 22, 2023, at the Willistown Township Municipal Building located at 688 Sugar- town Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to consider adoption of an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 72, ARTICLE II OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WILLISTOWN PERTAINING TO PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, BY ADOPTING AS THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE THE INTERNATIONALPROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE OF 2021. EFFECTIVE FIVE DAYS FROM THE ENACTMENT.
A summary of the proposed ordinance follows:
Section 1. Amends Chapter 72, Article of the Code of Willistown Township, pertaining to Property Maintenance, by adopting the International Property Maintenance Code/2021 as Willistown Township's Property Maintenance Code with supplements and amendments concerning fees, penalties, board of appeals and board of appeals procedure, stop work orders, weeds and plant growth, screens, heating facilities, and definitions for jurisdiction, Township, local municipality, appointing authority, chief appointing authority, board of appeals and board.
