Notice is given that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., December 15, 2025, at the Willistown Township Municipal Building Meeting Room located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-02-25: Application of Willistown Senior Apartments, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to §§ 139-71.1 and 139-75.2 of the Willistown Township Code in order to construct an age-restricted apartment development (ARAD). The Applicant seeks conditional use approval for one building, amenities, parking areas and related improvements. The property consists of two parcels known as tax parcel # 54-1-2.12 and 54-1-2.13, with an address of 27 & 29 Industrial Boulevard, Paoli, PA 19301. The property is bisected by the Willistown/Tredyffrin Township Line and is located in the I-Restricted Industrial District. The total acreage of the two parcels consists of approximately 7.5 acres.
The meeting agenda will be available on the Willistown Township website and will be posted at the Township Building prior to the meeting. Full copies of the conditional use application are available for examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Township Building.
