NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-9-25: Application of Robert Leboffe and Kathleen Nelling, which seeks a variance from §139-23.C(2)(Side yards) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an existing detached garage to remain in its current location on the property, where it encroaches approximately 36.1 feet into the required 40 foot side yard setback, for the property located at 4 Powderhorn Lane, Newtown Square, being UPI No. 54-8-35.14, in the RA – 1 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
