NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-2-25. Application of Keith Wagner and Audrey Wagner, which seeks a variance from §139-28.C(1)(Front yard) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached garage that will encroach approximately 47.3 feet into the required 60 foot front yard setback for the property located at 562 Sugartown Road, being UPI No. 54-2-44, in the R-1 Residential District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-3-25. Application of James E. Clayton, which seeks a variance from §139-28.C(2)(Side yard) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached garage that will encroach approximately 18 feet into the required 30 foot side yard setback for the property located at 212 S. Valley Road, being UPI No. 54-1-34.4, in the R-1 Residential District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
