PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public hearing at its regular public meeting on March 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Township Building located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, PA 19355 to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-01-25 Application of Keith and Audrey Wagner for conditional use approval pursuant to §73-62.B(2)(d) and §139-118.1 to allow for the construction of a stormwater management facility within Zone 2 of the Riparian Buffer Area on the property located at 562 Sugartown Road, Willistown Township, Chester County (UPI No. 54-2-44). The property is in the R-1 Residence District.
Full copies of the conditional use application are available for public examination without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Municipal Building or may be viewed at No. C-01-25.
