NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at General Wayne Elementary School, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-7-24: Application of David and Noreen Geibel which seeks variances from §139-28.C(3)(Rear yard) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a swimming pool which will encroach approximately 30 feet into the required 40 foot rear yard, and §139-28.D(Impervious coverage) to permit an increase in impervious coverage on the property from 18% existing impervious coverage of the lot area to 23% impervious coverage of the lot area where 20% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage of the lot area, for the property located at 822 Forest Lane, Malvern, being UPI No. 54-2-41.4, in the R-1 Residential Zoning District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
Application Z-8-24: Application of Richard E. Fetterman and Dolores L. Fetterman, which appeals the April 10, 2024 Zoning Determination Letter regarding the use of the subject property as a multi-family residence, pursuant to §139-123 (Functions: appeals from Zoning Officer) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance. Alternatively, the Applicants seek variances from §139-12.F(2) (Use regulations) and §139-92.A (Conversion of dwelling to two- or three-family use) to permit the use of the property as a multi-family residence, for the property located at 22 Lloyd Avenue, being UPI No. 54-1P-165.1, in the R-3 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
