PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township will hold a public meeting at 7:00 P.M., April 8, 2024, at Sugartown Elementary School located at 611 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355, to consider adoption of an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 97 OF THE WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES GOVERNING PEDDLING AND SOLICITING IN THE TOWNSHIP TO ELIMINATE A SOLICITATION CURFEW
Section 1. Amends §97-2.C of the Township Code to eliminate a curfew for peddling and soliciting.
Section 2. Amends §97-3 of the Township Code governing rules of conduct for peddling and soliciting.
Section 3. Provides that the Ordinance shall be effective five (5) days from the date of enactment.
