[ARCHIVED] Zoning Hearing Board Public Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at General Wayne Elementary School, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:

 

Application Z-5-24: Application of Donna Winkler and Rudolfo Gallego which seeks a variance from §139-36.C(2)(a)(Side yards) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a carport which will encroach approximately 3.5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard, and will result in side yards that are less than the required aggregate width of 25 feet, for the property located at 134 Gable Road, Paoli, being UPI No. 54-1Q-151, in the R-3 Residential Zoning District; and such further relief as may be necessary.

 

Application Z-6-24: Application of Christopher C. Rall which seeks a variance from §139-13.C(1)(Front yard) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an accessory structure which will encroach approximately 18 feet into the required 75 foot front yard, for the property located at 31 Old Covered Bridge Road, Newtown Square, being UPI No. 54-7-20.36, in the RU Rural Zoning District; and such further relief as may be necessary.

 

Application Z-7-24: Application of David and Noreen Geibel which seeks variances from §139-28.C(3)(Rear yard) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a swimming pool which will encroach approximately 30 feet into the required 40 foot rear yard, and §139-28.D(Impervious coverage) to permit an increase in impervious coverage on the property from 18% existing impervious coverage of the lot area to 23% impervious coverage of the lot area where 20% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage of the lot area, for the property located at 822 Forest Lane, Malvern, being UPI No. 54-2-41.4, in the R-1 Residential Zoning District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
