The Township of Willistown will consider the adoption and vote upon the enactment of an Ordinance at its regular meeting on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom, an online conferencing platform A summary of the Ordinance is as follows: An Ordinance authorizing the execution by Willistown Township of an Asset Purchase Agreement between the Township and the purchaser, Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. and authorizing the assignment of the Township’s rights and obligations in all relevant agreements to Aqua.
