Yard/Leaf Waste Pick Up Dates

All residential and commercial, municipal, and institutional establishments must separate leaf waste from municipal waste and recycling collection, and place leaf waste curbside for collection. As an alternative, residents may dispose of leaf waste by composting on their property. 

Please place all leaf waste in biodegradable paper bags or containers that can be dumped curbside for pick-up. Twigs and branches should be bundled and tied and less than 4 feet long and no more than 1 inch thick.

Leaf waste will be picked up on the third Friday of the month.  Pick -up must be prescheduled by calling 610-942-2707 at least 48 hours prior to scheduled dates below.

REMINDER TO COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL PROPERTY OWNERS 
Willistown Township would like to remind commercial/institutional property owners that if they hire a landscaper for grounds maintenance, the landscaper is required to either compost yard waste on-site or deliver it to a state-permitted leaf composting facility. This requirement helps ensure proper yard waste management and supports our community’s environmental goals.
