What is an immediate family member?
Section 1503(c)(2.1) defines immediate family as brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, or stepsisters of the driver, including adopted or foster children residing in the same household as the junior driver. Cousins, in-laws, and more distant relations are not covered by this exception.
