Sergeant Wahn is a 1994 graduate of West Chester University and has been a police officer since 2000. He has worked as a field training officer and on the bike patrol unit. He is a NRA certified pistol, shotgun, and rifle instructor. He is also a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team.
