NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:
Application Z-9-23: Application of Benjamin and Ashley Christakis which seeks a special exception, pursuant to §139-90.B.2(b)(Nonconforming buildings or uses) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit the installation of two (2) patios on the rear of their single-family detached home, which would be an expansion of the existing nonconforming residential use where it is otherwise not permitted within Zones 1 and 2 of the Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District, for the property located at 2 Long Lane, being UPI No. 54-3-24, in the R-1 Residence District; and such further relief as may be necessary.
